Pack Film – PVC/ACLAR
PVC/ACLAR, supplied by TAB Pharma, is an advanced packaging option for highly sensitive pharmaceutical products using ultra-high barrier PCTFE film. These non-polar and additive-free products offer excellent flexibility.
It has the highest moisture retention rate among transparent thermoformable films. It is suitable for use with powders, pellets, tablets, microtablets, capsules, soft gels, and combinations thereof. It stands out with its chemically resistant and biochemically inert structure.
Available in a wide variety of colors and appearances to help them stand out on the shelves. A wide range of thickness options (15 µm – 152 µm) allows for barrier optimization according to formulation sensitivity. Can also be used in different layers with materials such as PE, EVOH, and APET.
Layer Structure
The structure, composed of PVC and Aclar® PCTFE layers, offers the highest moisture barrier among transparent thermoformable films. It can also be used in various combinations with PE, EVOH, and APET.
