Aluminum Foil
TAB Pharma's blister foil solutions are lidding foils used in the packaging of solid-dose pharmaceutical products such as tablets and capsules. They are designed to provide a high seal in PVC and PVdC coated PVC-based blisters.
The product, with its aluminum foil and heat-sealable special lacquer layers, offers protection against moisture, oxygen, and light, while supporting stable operation and clean opening performance in automated blister lines.
TAB Pharma offers blister film production to pharmaceutical companies, customizing its production model according to thickness, surface (matte/glossy), printing, and project requirements. Multi-color printing is possible, and complex graphics and printmarks can be applied.
Layer Structure
Available in 20–25–30 micron thickness options, aluminum foil consists of three basic layers. Each layer is optimized for the protection of the pharmaceutical contents and reliable performance in blister lines.
